Terms & Conditions

Minimum Membership Term: Membership requires a 4-month minimum commitment.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 4-month period. If you cancel before your initial 4-month period, you will be charged a $250 fee.
No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Banking Policy: If you don’t use your monthly funds, they are banked for future use on spa services.
Payment: The monthly membership subscription fee of $99 will be charged automatically on the 1st or the 15th of every month to your card on file & put on your account to use for any Med Spa service.
